The Polish HVAC and climate technology group continues to strengthen its logistics network with the opening of a new warehouse and distribution complex covering more than 21,400 square meters. The investment marks an important milestone in the company’s long-term growth strategy and is expected to substantially improve operational efficiency.
Located on Azymutalna Street in Gdańsk, the new facility benefits from direct access to key transport infrastructure, including Gdańsk Airport, the A1 motorway, the Tri-City bypass, and major Baltic shipping routes. This location allows faster handling of domestic deliveries while enhancing the company’s ability to support international distribution throughout Europe and beyond.
New Hub Designed to Support Future Growth
According to the company, the new complex will significantly improve warehouse efficiency, accelerate order processing, and increase overall logistics performance.
Management estimates that the facility will boost the group’s operational capacity by approximately five times compared to its previous logistics capabilities.
The modern warehouse infrastructure will enable faster order fulfillment, shorter shipping times, and improved service quality for customers across all markets where the company operates.
The center is expected to become particularly important for international logistics, handling a significant share of shipments destined for Scandinavia, the Baltic States, and other European markets.
From Local Business to International Group
Over the past three decades, Klima-Therm has evolved from a regional distributor into an international group that combines manufacturing, distribution, and service operations.
Today, the company operates not only in Poland but also across Scandinavia, the Baltic region, Germany, and the United States. One of its major logistics facilities is already located in Partille, near Gothenburg, Sweden.
The company views the experience gained from its logistics operations in both Gdańsk and Partille as a model for expanding its distribution network in additional international markets.
Expansion Continues Across Europe
The opening of the new logistics center is part of a broader investment strategy.
Klima-Therm plans to expand its manufacturing space by an additional 3,000 square meters. The company is also preparing to establish a new business entity in Romania, where product distribution will be supported through leased warehouse facilities.
This move is expected to improve delivery times and strengthen the company’s position in Southeastern Europe, one of the region’s fastest-growing markets.
According to company representatives, the group already operates a network of subsidiaries and distribution businesses in several countries and continues to expand its international footprint.
Financial Results Support Further Investments
The company’s logistics investments are backed by solid financial performance.
In 2020, the Klima-Therm Group generated revenue of approximately PLN 438 million. By 2022, turnover had reached a record PLN 959 million, reflecting strong market demand and rapid business growth.
Following a period of market correction in the HVAC sector, the company returned to a growth trajectory. In 2025, revenue reached PLN 636 million, representing a 9% increase compared to the previous year.
Management expects this positive trend to continue in 2026, forecasting revenue growth of approximately 15% as the company further expands both its domestic and international operations.

Industry experts note that investments in modern logistics facilities are becoming increasingly important for companies operating in international markets.
The growth of e-commerce, rising customer expectations regarding delivery speed, and the need for efficient inventory management are driving manufacturers and distributors to develop advanced logistics networks.
